Realistic Earning Potential: $50,000 – $60,000+ per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses).

🚀 The Role: What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for Phil Hughes Honda, you aren't just "answering phones"—you are a brand ambassador. You will:
Engage with Customers: Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails.
Manage Leads: High-speed response to Sales and Service inquiries.
Master the CRM: Track all interactions meticulously to ensure no customer falls through the cracks.
Set Appointments: Consult with customers to understand their needs—whether they are looking for a new Honda or maintaining their current one.
Follow-Up: Execute a multi-touch follow-up cadence (we provide the tools, you provide the personality!).
✅ Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background.
Organization: Computer literacy, strong organizational, and follow-up skills.
Compliance: Must pass a drug screen, background check, and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

One to two years related experience and/or training
