Warranty Administrator – Automotive

Hughes Subaru is seeking a Warranty Administrator to process automotive warranty claims according to dealership and manufacturer policies. Our ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and track warranty repair orders and claims according to dealership and manufacturer policies
  • Pay close attention to details, accuracy, and timeliness of claims to ensure the Service Department receives payment
  • Obtain approval for repair from service contract providers
  • Maintain detailed notes about warranty issues
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments
  • Keep track of all warranty parts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Automotive Warranty Administrator experience is required
  • Attention to details with strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to solve problems in a professional, tactful manner
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass drug screen, background check and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
